It begins in Entebbe, Uganda, and concludes in Kigali, Rwanda.
Trip Itinerary ( Detailed Safari )
Day 1: Transfer to Kibale National Park, On Arrival Bigodi Swamp Walk.
You will be taken to Kibale Forest National Park, which is well-known for monitoring wild chimpanzees, after breakfast today. Lunch will be served on your journey through the verdant countryside.
Depending on when you arrive, you may take a stroll through the Bigodi swamp, where you can see monkeys and a variety of tropical birds. Additionally, you may visit the Bigodi settlement, which is close to the park, to learn about the everyday lives of the locals and to see how coffee is made there, among other things.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
You will proceed to the Kibale National Park headquarters for a briefing on chimpanzee tracking after an early breakfast.
Here, with the help of your knowledgeable local ranger guides who know the troop members well and will explain their behavior, you will spend up to several hours following and studying wild chimpanzees on foot. Thirteen primates live in Kibale Forest. You will visit Queen Elizabeth National Park upon your return.
Accommodation: The Bush Lodge (Banda)
Day 3: Game Drives and Boat Cruise Along Kazinga Channel.
Following breakfast today, you will go on a game drive through Queen Elizabeth National Park’s breathtaking plains, searching for a variety of wildlife, including buffalo, leopards, elephants, lions, impalas, bushbucks, and many more. Later in the afternoon, you will take a boat ride down the 45-kilometer-long Kazinga Channel, which is well-known for having the largest population of hippopotamus in Africa.
On a hot day, you may revel in the expansive vistas of the Nile crocodiles and other wild wildlife slake their thirst on the waters of Kazinga Channel and swarming around its beaches.
After the two-hour activity, you’ll come back to the resort to unwind after going on an afternoon game drive down the channel track.
Accommodation: The Bush Lodge (Banda)
Day 4: Queen Elizabeth National Park, Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
You will go to Bwindi after enjoying a cup of African coffee in the morning. During your journey, you will have a game drive in the southern Ishasha sector of the park, which is known for its tree-climbing lions and other savannah inhabitants, including elephants, water bucks, jackals, and a variety of unknown bird species. After that, you will go to Bwindi for supper and a night’s rest.
Accommodation: Bweza Gorilla Lodge
Day 5: Gorilla Tracking and Transfer to Kisoro.
After breakfast, you’ll meet at the national park headquarters for a briefing before hiking to track mountain gorillas with local guides. Only one group per day may see each gorilla group, making this a luxury. So viewing permits are nearly as rare as gorillas! Some gorillas are elusive, but competent local tracker guides may find them in an hour or more.
Staring into these gentle giants’ eyes and seeing them play and go about their everyday lives is an emotional once-in-a-lifetime experience. Each gorilla experience is new and rewarding, but you can expect to see adults grazing, grooming, and relaxing as the young playfully swing from vines. After receiving a certificate, travel to Kisoro to unwind.
Accommodation: Travellers Rest Hotel
Day 6: Golden Monkey Trekking and Transfer to Kigali Airport.
