Trip Itinerary ( Detailed Safari )

Day 1: Nairobi

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. You will Meet our representative, chauffeured to your city hotel for safari briefing and overnight.

Day 2: Nairobi

This day in Nairobi offers you the ideal way of experiencing the true sights, smells, and sounds of this vibrant city and its surroundings, helping you uncover the local character of the ever-fascinating Nairobi.
You will visit Giraffe center, Karen Blixen and the National Museum.
Enjoy lunch at a restaurant in the Karen suburb area of Nairobi.
Return to your hotel arriving in time to relax and have dinner.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Ol-pejeta

Eary morning drive from Nairobi after breakfast, towards Northwards Kenya via the Mount Kenya region with beautiful scenic green landscapes and mountains heading to Ol-pejeta. Stopover at the equator crossing, an imaginary line that divides the earth into 2 hemispheres: north and south and enjoy a demonstration of a fascinating phenomenon known as the Coriolis from the locals. They will explain why water at the equator moves in the opposite direction.
Arrive in time for lunch and embark on an evening game viewing drive in search of wild animals in their hide out thereafter. Later return to your lodge for dinner and a good night’s rest. Later return to your lodge for dinner and a good night’s rest.

Day 4: Samburu

After breakfast drive to Samburu located in northern hemisphere by crossing the equator, gently descending into the remote open Savannah of Samburu national reserve.
The Samburu region is best known for several endemic Northern species including the Gerenuk, the beisa Oryx, the reticulated giraffe, the Somali ostrich, and Grevy’s Zebra. Samburu is also home to many birds including local species such as the Palm Nut Vulture and the Vinaceous Dove.
Upon arrival, enjoy lunch before setting off on an afternoon game drive.

Day 5: Samburu

Breakfast in the hotel and depart for a full day game drive with picnic lunch boxes or enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in Samburu Game Reserve with lunch break in between the game drives.
Optional activity: Samburu Village Visit.

Day 6: Naivasha

Breakfast in the hotel and drive to Lake Naivasha with a brief stop at Thompson’s Falls for a breath-taking view of the great scenery. Enjoy a picnic lunch as you proceed with your drive to arrive at your hotel in time for check-in. You will have time to relax or enjoy some activities before dinner.
Lake Naivasha is a freshwater lake famous for its high populations of hippos and flamingos. The lake is a birder’s paradise as it is home to over 400 bird species.
Optional activities: Boat ride at Lake Naivasha, Bird watching and Nature Walks, Visit to the Crescent Island.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 7: Maasai Mara

Enjoy an early morning breakfast and start your day with a scenic drive to the famous Maasai Mara National Reserve via Narok town. Enjoy a game viewing drive enroute arriving at your camp/lodge in time for check-in and lunch.
You will have time to relax after lunch before enjoying an evening game viewing drive in the National Reserve.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 8 & 9: Maasai Mara

Enjoy two days with full day game viewing drive in the National Reserve with picnic lunch boxes or enjoy morning and afternoon game drives with lunch break in between the game drives. Our professional driver guide will assist you to plan your two days.
Maasai Mara National Reserve is a unique wildlife conservation haven famous for its amazing natural range of wildlife, and it is a habitat numerous animal species such as Lions, Cheetah, Elephant, Rhino, African Buffalo, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Zebra and many more species in their natural habitat, unconfined and free to roam.
Optional Activities: Masai village visit or enjoy a hot-air balloon ride that starts early in the morning and ends with a Champagne breakfast on the plains.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 10: Departure:

Breakfast in the hotel and drive back to Nairobi. Our professional driver guide will drop you at the airport for your Day room as you wait for your international departure flight to your next destination.
